ONHARU is currently provided as Windows software without a membership account. Local functions run on your PC; Google and KBO integrations are optional external services.

1. Scope

These terms govern the ONHARU Windows application, official website, downloads and support provided by JUAN.HJLEE (“operator”). By installing or using ONHARU, you agree to these terms.

2. Service

• Desktop calendar, local schedules, Todo, recurrence, D-Day, anniversaries, alarms, timers, timetable, search and backup
• Optional Google Calendar and Google Tasks integration
• Optional KBO schedule lookup using an API key obtained by the user
• Official downloads, release information, FAQ and email support

ONHARU 2.2.8 may display notices composed by ONHARU. A future one-time ad-removal entitlement may remove the banner and enable closing the detail calendar and desktop fixed mode. Price, seller, restoration and refund terms will be disclosed before sales begin. No charge is made without explicit consent.

3. User responsibilities

Use an official installer, keep recoverable backups, protect account credentials and API keys, and do not use the software unlawfully or attempt to interfere with its operation.

4. External services

Google, GitHub, AWS and Parse.bot are governed by their own terms and availability. The operator does not control outages or policy changes of those services.

5. Data and privacy

Local data is stored under %LOCALAPPDATA%\Onharu. Google data is exchanged only when the integration is enabled and authorized. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Updates and availability

Features may be changed for security, legal compliance or quality. Automatic updates require user approval. The operator may suspend downloads or support when necessary.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The operator works to provide reliable software but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of third-party data. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct losses caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Intellectual property

Rights in ONHARU's name, design, documentation and distributed software remain with their respective owners. These terms do not grant redistribution, resale or misrepresentation rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes should first be discussed in good faith and otherwise handled by a competent court under applicable law.

10. Changes and contact
